I placed my order late on Saturday night, and it showed up bright and early Tuesday morning, all nicely packed in its original box. The watch is fantastic, a stunning Rotary Henley GMT in green, and the price is pretty sweet too.

When my wife spotted a watch she fancied at a shop nearby, I found out that Rubicon had it for a way better price and offered free shipping. (No box included, but really, who needs the box?) It was an obvious choice, and it showed up at my door in less than a day after I placed the order.

I recently got the Pulsar Gents Solar Powered Dress Watch PX3167X1 PNP and was super happy with the great service and the price. At first, I was a bit let down by the watch's thick body, but after I adjusted the strap and got it on right, it turned out to be exactly what I was looking for in a daily watch.

Received my watch the following day in a solid box. Great price too. The folks I dealt with were patient and super helpful. I've owned two Seiko watches before. I reckon this one will last longer than I will, so I won't be getting another. I'm really pleased to recommend it to others.

Over the past few years, I've bought a couple of watches and I've gotta say, their customer support is both super friendly and incredibly professional! I'm really happy with my recent buys - they were a great deal. Just recently, Rubicon brought new life to a 29-year-old Pulsar watch that a local jeweler said was done for (and they did it for the same price, including shipping, that I would’ve paid locally just for a battery change!). If your watch is acting up, I strongly suggest reaching out to the folks at Rubicon; you might be surprised at what they can do!

Fantastic customer care! I brought my watch in because the battery was dead and there was a scratch on the display. Rubicon not only swapped out the battery and face on the same day, but they also fixed a broken strap holder at no extra cost. I’d totally recommend them - super friendly staff and top-notch work.

I recently got myself a Seiko timepiece and paid through PayPal. The watch showed up and everything was spot on. I deducted a star because I didn’t hear a peep from Rubicon; they used the address from PayPal and just sent it out, so the watch just showed up without any heads-up like, 'It’s on the way' or 'You should expect it by a certain date.' Having spent over £100, I would’ve appreciated a little update. Love the watch, though! Just a quick email about dispatch would’ve been nice, cheers.
